Payment Terms & Conditions

To secure your space and complete your booking for the Fit Retreat Bali a NON-REFUNDABLE 40% deposit payment is required.

The deposit is non-refundable due to payments being made to the hotel, other reservations and bookings required for the retreat.

The remaining 60% final balance must be paid by 1^st January 2021.

If for some reason (such as injury, inability to fly etc.) you wish to cancel your booking before the start of the retreat our refund policy is as follows:

– Before the 1^st of January, a 60% refund of the total price is possible, not including the non-refundable 40% deposit.

– After the 1^st of January and before the start of the retreat a partial refund of 30% of the total price is possible, not including the non-refundable 40% deposit and an additional 30%.

COVID policy

In the case of restrictions to enter Bali, Indonesia or leaving the UK, or flight restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 coronavirus specifically, we will postpone and change the date of the retreat. We will communicate this as soon as we are aware of any restrictions and agree with all attendees on suitable new dates. If it is not possible for you to attend the new dates, we will offer a complete refund of your booking.

Please be aware this is ONLY applicable in the case that there are government-imposed restrictions that stop us/you from being able to enter Indonesia and participate in the retreat. You are responsible for your flight bookings, if your flight cancels or is changed in someway not due to government-imposed restrictions on travel, then that will not fall under this COVID policy.
