There’s no one size fits all with personal training, everybody is different and for that reason I don’t offer specific ‘packages’. Personal Training involves me taking you through all the movements personally, ensuring complete efficiency & safety. Whereas the 12-week transformation is a purely online package where I send you your plans via email.CAN I STILL GET THE SAME RESULTS IN THE 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION AS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Absolutely. My plans include everything you need to teach yourself. It’ll require more time reading up before heading to the gym and for you to be responsible for your own focus in the gym. But, if you put in the work it’s possible to see just as good results as you would from personal training.I THINK I NEED PERSONAL TRAINING BUT I’M MILES AWAY FROM LONDON, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Personal training is a minefield when it comes to quality of service. If you know a good personal trainer – great. If not, I recommend purchasing my 12 week transformation and trying that. Where you’ll get an all-inclusive package with the most proven and advanced methods.HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M READY FOR ONLINE COACHING?
Do you know what sets, reps, lift tempo, calories and macronutrients are? Do you incorporate these variables in your training and diet? If no – personal training or the 12 week transformation is for you. Ifs yes - online coaching could be for you.WHERE DOES PRO PLANS FIT IN?
For Intermediate to Advanced levels. Pro Plans are for those who want a quick boost, to get up and go. You aren’t disciplined enough to check-in on a weekly basis, as would be required in online coaching.
